What to Expect

What to Expect when booking with JennyZ DreamZ Photography

No matter what type of session you book with us, our main goal is for you to be comfortable the entire time. 
We do our best to include both posed and candid shots during each session. We welcome your ideas as well. 

When booking with us, if someone in your immediate family becomes sick, please go ahead and reschedule immediately. 
Your well being is important to me and I have a daughter with a weak immune system. I would rather you reschedule then to take the chance of her getting sick.

Release
Clients are required to sign a release before each session. Please be sure to read and understand the release before signing. If you have questions, ask. You are welcome to take your time in doing so, request it be emailed to you in advance, and/or request a copy of it at your session. 
Failure to read and understand the release is not an excuse for not knowing what it consists of. 

Payment
I reserve the right to request partial or full payment in advance. If you schedule a session and need to cancel please note that I do require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Reservation fees are NON-Refundable! If you pay a reservation fee on your session and you are a no show/no call then you will not be refunded! However, if you call and reschedule 48 hrs in advance then I will apply that deposit to your next session. 
These details vary for weddings so please refer to your wedding contract.

We no longer accept checks. Cash and PayPal only at this time!

Mobile Devices
Cell phones and/or mobile devices/cameras are not allowed during my sessions. If you must bring one please leave it locked in your vehicle for the duration of your session. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Late for session
If you are running late or expect you'll be late, please notify us immediately by phone. Please don't text and drive. If you're late and we don't hear from you within 15 minutes of your session start time, we automatically assume you're not coming and we will leave. Which then means you forfeit any reservation fee you may have made as those are non-refundable. If you did not make a reservation fee then you will be required to do so or pay for the session in full beforehand in order to book our services in the future.  

If your session is complimentary and you are a no show/no call, cancel at the last minute, or cancel after confirming then your session will be void


SESSION FINISHED
Your session can take 4-6 weeks to be completely edited depending on a lot of factors. Once we have finished editing your session, we will schedule an ordering session with you. This will be the time for you to order any prints, albums, or other merchandise from your session. Payment in full is required at time of the order. We do offer payment plans as well. If you have any print credits, please be sure to mention it at the beginning of your ordering session. All print/merchandise sales are final. Print orders can take an additional 4-6 weeks. 

Each print purchase comes with the watermarked low resolution, not for printing, corresponding digital file for internet usage only.

Our Prints
Our prints are ordered from our trusted professional print lab. All prints are inspected multiple times for color, quality, and flaws before being delivered to you. We stand behind our prints! 



Print Release vs. Copyright Release
Copyright Release and Print Release are NOT the same thing. 
We do not offer copyright releases to our clients.
As of January 1, 2018 we no longer offer print releases in our packages.
